V Boys Tennis match vs McMahon will be played at the Ridgefield Tennis Club today at 5 pm.

V Baseball vs St Joseph is now at Ridgefield  - at Ciuccoli Field at 4:30 pm.  The Freshman game vs St Joseph will now be played at Playground Field at 4 pm.  The JV Baseball game at St Joseph is on at Madison Middle School at 4 pm.

V/JV Girls Golf practice is cancelled.

June 5 - Life After Academics - 4 pm - 5 pm in the Student Center

August 15 - Football conditioning begins

August 21 - Football - First practice date

August 25 - All other fall sports begin

September 28- Homecoming Football game vs Stamford 7 pm

Sports Shuttle

Freshman boys trying out for the baseball team can take Bus 19 to Ciuccoli Field starting Monday, March 19.  The bus will be the last or 2nd to last bus in the lineup at the Community Entrance.  The bus will leave promptly at 2:35 pm.  Once tryouts are complete and the team has practice at Playground Field, the bus will take the team there but the bus will leave promptly at 2:30 pm.  The buses are needed for middle and elementary school runs.

The sports shuttle to the tennis courts at the old high school will start up on Monday, March 26.  Bus number 24 will be the last or 2nd to last bus in the lineup at the Community Entrance.

Reminder that students cannot eat on the sports shuttles. This is for the safety of all students using the buses.  Food residue left on buses can pose a serious health threat to students with life threatening allergies.  Your cooperation is appreciated.

SPRING SPORTS REGISTRATION  

• Spring Sports begin on: Monday, March 19.  (Baseball pitchers and catchers begin conditioning on March 12) 
• Registration forms are due in the athletics office by March 5.  Click on this link to learn more about sports registration at RHS.
• Tryout / practice schedules will be posted soon on each team's page in the Spring practice schedule section of this upper right section of this web page.
• Athletics registration data is available on Campus Portal.  Look for the Athletics Registration link on the left side of the page after logging in. Please note this link will only appear for those students who have submitted registration forms for the current sports season or who have a Physical Examination or Parent Student Agreement form on file in the Athletics office.
  

ATHLETIC EVENT REMINDER

We would like to remind all students of the following when attending athletic events at Tiger Hollow Stadium and the RHS gymnasium.

• No bags or backpacks will be admitted into the game.
• You may not bring in outside food or beverages.
• If you leave the game you will not be allowed to re-enter.
