Mathematics
Welcome Students and Parents!
| | Department Philosophy. The principle reason for studying mathematics is to learn how to apply mathematical thought to problem solving. Students are expected to develop facility in performing the fundamental operations that are associated with each course and to acquire a set of meaningful concepts that they can use effectively to solve problems. The ultimate goal of the department is to provide students with a facility to deal with mathematical functions in daily life and for post secondary education. | |
| | | Course Offerings. We offer courses, all college preparatory, at several levels. Advanced Placement is offered in Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Statistics, and Computer Science. Navigate to the Counseling Center link for detailed course information. |
