The Ridgefield High National Honor Society has a long history of honoring students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, service, character and leadership. The organization is committed to many school programs to foster learning. There are various tutoring programs in the numerous schools in the district, Homework clubs and Science programs in all the elementary schools. Also, students are contributing to the needs of the community. For example NHS runs two blood drives a year, helps with donations for food and coat drives. Induction to Ridgefield NHS occurs during the Spring of student’s Junior year and/or the Fall of the Senior year.
