Into the Woods 

Dear Cast and Crew Parents:

We are going to pre-sell tickets for each performance, giving the cast members’ families the chance to purchase them in advance and before selling them to the general public and entire school body.  Tickets are $7.00 each.  It is “Open Seating”, so having a ticket does not guarantee a specific seat.  Ticket sales will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, which means that the sooner you return the bottom portion of this flyer with your ticket request and your check, the better chance you will have to get a seat. Pre-sell order forms are due no later than Friday, March 9^th.  We are expecting some performances to be sold out, so this is your opportunity to purchase tickets before they are made public.

Please note: Pre-sell tickets will be given to your child at dress rehearsal on Wed., 3/21 – they will NOT be given out before that time. If your child will not be at dress rehearsal…they will be available during lunch periods at the ticket sale table Thursday 3/22 or Friday 3/23.

If you need additional tickets after your initial order, please feel free to come to school at lunchtime Tuesday, March 20^th -23^rd or send your child to school with the money and ticket request.

Make checks payable to: SRMS and send it in with your cast member in an envelope market “TICKET ORDER” by Friday, March 9^th .  Have them give it to Mr. Oakes or Mrs. Kingsbury.
